Just one hour from Barcelona we can find a wide variety of areas where you can practice sport climbing. Many of the crags are made of limestone rock, but we can also find sectors with conglomerate rock, sandstone, and even some more modest sectors with granite rock.

Some sectors are:

• Montserrat. A spectacular and famous mountain where, apart from thousands of multi-pitch routes, we can also find crags for all levels. A highly recommended option for the whole year.
• Gelida. A crag near Barcelona with a wide variety of routes of medium difficulty. Limestone and verticality.
• Grau dels Matxos. A beautiful sandstone rock climbing sector with nearly 200 routes in a privileged environment.
