We offer all sorts of courses and training to all levels all year round. Our aim: that you acquire the knowledge & techniques needed in order to be autonomous in the different disciplines of climbing. We do courses for novice climbers and up to big wall techniques. SPORT CLIMBING
In this course you will learn the basic progression and safety knowledge to make your first steps in sport climbing. An ideal option to start in this sport or to make the transition from a climbing gym to the crags. The main aim of the course is to become self reliant in single pitch sport routes.

MULTIPITCH CLIMBING
This course is aimed at climbers who practice sport climbing and who wish to start climbing bolted routes with more than one pitch. In this course you will learn everything you need for your practice: dynamics of progression, setting up belays, interpretation of topos… and everything you need to enjoy long routes with autonomy and safety.

RIDGE PROGRESSION
To progress on this terrain some climbing knowledge, self belay techniques and lust for adventure are needed. We want to give you the knowledge to enjoy reaching a summit via a ridge. The main aim is: To learn and enjoy.

- • Non-fixed gear: SLCDs, nuts and Tricams.
- • Natural anchors.
- • Self belay on this type of terrain.
- • Different tie-ins.
- • Belay stations.
- • Adaptation of the progression to the terrain.
- • Technical, tactical and strategic aspects of progression.

SELF-RESCUE
A course in which you will learn self-rescue techniques that any climber of routes with more than one pitch should know and master. Two days of maneuvers that will go up in difficulty and where you will have to apply all the tools learned to be able to solve them.

- • Self-rescue maneuvers: presentation of case studies and problem solving.

OTHER COURSES
The practice of traditional climbing gives its practitioners unique sensations. Traditional lead climbing requires many technical, tactical and psychological skills: reading the rock, the correct placement of sound anchors, self-control… a sum of ingredients that makes it unique. Are you excited?
Climbing a long route on your own requires a lot of technical and tactical know-how, but the sensations it brings are unique. With this course we want to offer you the knowledge acquired over the years practicing this type of climbing.
We offer aid climbing courses for all levels, from beginners to advanced. An ideal course to expand your resources and open the door to new avenues and experiences.
Facing a big wall requires a lot of technical and tactical abilities, as well as a lot of logistics. We will have to manage a lot of gear, haul packs, sleep on the wall, manage crossings and pendulums… a lot of knowledge that we want to offer you in this course.
