CONTRACT CONDITIONS

 

The Contract Conditions must be read and accepted prior to booking any service.

 

.Our activities take place in a natural environment and are intrinsically dangerous, to a greater or lesser extent depending on the activity. You will be informed of the risks involved in each activity by the guide, and you will have to accept, voluntarily, whether you want to book. Therefore, the guide conducting the activity declines any liability in all damages occurred outside of their scope of responsibility and the previously agreed upon conditions.

 

.The guide reserves the right to modify or cancel the activity due to meteorological reasons, the participants (attitude, physical state, capacity of the client), or for any other reason that may affect the safety of the activity and the group.

 

.In order to book an activity a deposit of 30% of the total price must be made. The balance will be paid after the activity is completed. The deposit will not be refunded if the activity is cancelled by the client 48 hours prior to the activity. If meteorological conditions are not suitable to conduct the activity, an alternate date may be agreed upon, or the deposit will be returned.

 

.The client states that they do not suffer from cardiovascular disease, nor suffer from injuries or illnesses that could prevent them from participating in the activity without any health hazard. The client states that they not only do not have any current physical issue, but also have not consumed any narcotic drug, alcohol or drugs before the activity. Pregnant ladies must inform of their condition prior to booking.

 

.Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal tutors, or, if that is not the case, must provide written authorization and participation consent properly signed by the parents or legal tutors.

 

.The client undertakes to accept any decision taken by the guide during the whole activity, as well as to show respect for the group, and the natural environment where the activity takes place.

 

.The equipment provided for the activities will be certified and in proper condition. In case the client wants to use their own equipment, it will be inspected by the guide and could only be used with the guide’s approval.

 

.It is the client’s responsibility for their transportation to the venue indicated for the activity, as well as that of the guide if necessary.
